Height Safety Requirement
With extensive food production facilities, Sugar Australia turned to Essential Height Safety to assess its unique requirements for both external roof safety and internal height safety within its food production facility. Access to the roof was required regularly, so maintenance workers required a fall protection system to protect them at height. Internally, the production facility had differing floor heights and access requirements to machines, so a height height safety system was required to minimise the risk of injuries and accidents.
Recommended Height Safety Solution
After discussing a number of options and considerations, Essential Height Safety designed and installed a Roof Safety Solution and internal Height Safety Systems to protect workers from falls. Externally the Roof Safety Solution included Fixed Ladders, Guard Rails, Roof Platforms, and Roof Walkway Systems while in the product facility we installed several platforms for plant and equipment to be installed on later.
