Our Audit & Recertification Process

1. Site Audit / Assessment

We conduct a thorough inspection of roof access points, fall-protection systems, walkways, ladders, anchor points, guardrails, and related components. We look for degradation, design non-conformities, missing components, installation defects, and general safety risks.

2. Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis

Each hazard is assessed using a structured risk matrix — combining likelihood and consequence to prioritise issues. We document the severity, location, and cause.

3. Recommendations & Control Measures

For every identified hazard, we propose corrective and preventive measures: repairs, upgrades, system reconfigurations, maintenance protocols, or replacement. Recommendations are realistic and prioritised by risk.

4. Recertification of Assets

Where system components remain compliant and safe, we issue recertification, complete with:
• Identification tag & certificate
• Itemised register of certified assets
• A signed declaration of assessment

5. Reporting & Handover

You’ll receive a detailed Audit Report covering:
• A summary of findings (compliant / non-compliant)
• Risk assessments and supporting data
• Recommendations for further control options
• Supporting visual evidence (photos, markups)

We can also assist in quoting and coordinating rectification works (if needed) and support training and maintenance planning.

Once we have audited your new Height Safety Systems, we will provide a detailed report on the identified height safety risks and where your current height system solution does not comply with Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and Legislation.

Once you have installed our compliant Height Safety System, we will train your workers on the proper ongoing assessment and safe use of the newly installed Height Safety equipment. When your workers are accessing your building’s roof, they can be reassured your building and their training complies with Height Safety, Fall Prevention and Fall Arrest regulations.
